Warranty & Return Policy

Otterbottle is happy to return manufacturer defects within 30 days of purchase. Dropping, denting, freezing and any other damage caused to your Otterbottle is not considered a manufacturer defect and as such it can not be returned. Only bottles with a manufacturer's defect can be returned.

Bottles that will not be Replaced/Credited

Otterbottle is not responsible for any damage done to a bottle by a customer. This may include (but is not limited to): dropping the bottle, freezing the bottle, dropping something on the bottle.

Otterbottle will not replace entire bottles because of dissatisfaction with lids. This may include complaints such as (but not limited to) too much air through the sport lid, have to touch the spout to open it, broken plastic on the lip of the lid.
